Aditya Sood

Aditya Sood has a diverse research and professional experience in water resource management, civil and environmental engineering, and in software development. Over the span of more than 20 years of professional career, he has worked with various private and international organizations in USA and Asia. Before joining TNC, Aditya spent over 6 years with International Water Management Institute (IWMI) in Sri Lanka, handling multiple water-related projects in Asia and Africa. His work included conducting river basin assessment studies, analysing impact of climate change, assessing environmental flows, and hydro-economic modelling. Aditya has a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA and a Doctorate in Energy and Environmental Policy from University of Delaware, USA. He enjoys hiking, bird watching, photography and occasional dabbling in oil paints.
