Allison Palenske

Edinburgh

Allison is an urban designer, creative practitioner, and writer. Her work spans the fields of cultural geography, visual art, urban ecology, and community engagement. Her past and current projects include facilitation of workshops, curation of exhibitions, creation of installations and design of experiences to better connect people to the environment. Allison holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and an MFA in Art, Space, and Nature from the University of Edinburgh, School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. She has previously written for The Edinburgh Journal, SciArt in America, and Creative Carbon Scotland.
