Since May 1st, 2014, Antoine has been the Chief Resilience Officer (CRO) of the city of Dakar in Senegal, West Africa. The city of Dakar was selected in December 2013 to be a member of the “100 Resilient Cities Network” pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation. Antoine oversees the elaboration of a Dakar Resilience Strategy. He trusts his compelling personal ability to define the contours of problem solving, make informed choices, order priorities, and plan for the future.
