Britt Gwinner works on affordable housing in developing markets. He has led investment and advisory programs for affordable housing finance for the past four years, with most experience in Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia. Britt has led engagements on housing policy with national authorities in Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Central and East Asia. He has led projects on stress test and asset-liability modeling for large financial institutions. Britt participated in the development of risk-based capital models and capital requirements for U.S. housing finance institutions, and he worked in financial consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Britt is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
