Originally from the UK, I worked for 2 years on the product management team of a London-based tech start-up tackling the issue of fakes and forgeries on the modern art market. A big part of my role was improving our user experience, both doing UX/UI work and service design, which is how I first moved into design. Wanting to make service design my focus, I left and worked as an experience designer at a London-based design agency before deciding to consolidate my skills with a master’s here in Munich.
