Biologist, Master of Science, with over 20 years of experience in projects and initiatives involving environmental and sustainable development issues in Colombia and other South American countries. Focus on integrated management of biodiversity and water resources, urban nature and intersectoral coordination of environmental agendas. Last positions at public institutions. Advisor in the Presidency of the Republic / Office of the Counselor for Environment (2010 – 2012). Advisor on environment in the Agency for International Cooperation (2012 – 2015). Director for Environmental Management in the Secretary for the Environment, Bogota City (2016 – 2017). Currently supporting the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development in urban environmental management and policy matters. Author or editor of more than 30 publications on environment and sustainable development.
