Heather Brooks is an urban enthusiast focused on all things related to urban nature, climate, and city soundscapes. She is policy advisor in the environment and climate team at Eurocities. On the recently adopted Nature Restoration Law, she worked with cities, national ministries, MEPs, and NGOs. In the coming months, she will co-lead the development of guidance for its implementation as part of the EU’s Urban Agenda Partnership on Greening Cities. Heather supports cities to build their capacity to tackle urban challenges and works with them to help shape relevant EU legislation.
