James Duncan is Environmental Resources Project Supervisor, Miami-Dade County. James is an environmental policy expert and coordinates local wildlife issues for Miami-Dade County. A graduate of the University of Florida and a South Florida native, James Duncan’s career has focused on a variety of environmental issues. Past work experience includes wetland mitigation projects, ecosystem restoration, entomology, listed species issues, environmental planning and upland resources regulations. James has worked on these issues at the local, state and federal level and include on the ground projects in four different countries. Currently he works as a project supervisor in the Water Resources Coordination division and is a preserve manager for the Miami-Dade County Environmentally Endangered Lands program.
