Jason King, ASLA, LEED AP, SITES AP, in an Associate Principal at GreenWorks, an landscape architecture firm that is a leader in green infrastructure and sustainable design in the Pacific Northwest. He is a licensed landscape architect, urbanist, writer, and educator with over 20 years of experience in urban regenerative design, green infrastructure, ecological site design, and healing environments. His extensive professional portfolio includes work in Oregon, Washington, and California, and beyond with 200 built planning and design projects featuring many LID features, such as green roofs, green streets, bioretention planters, pervious pavement, urban habitat, and stormwater art. He has a strong focus on innovative research-based solutions, and integrated design process working across disciplines and scales. He writes periodically at Landscape+Urbanism and continues to explore these topics via the Hidden Hydrology project.
