María Aragão
Portuguese Landscape Architect, educated in the United States. International professional experience, having worked in design studios in 3 continents for projects in 5 different continents, and a wide-rage of projects, both in the public and private sectors and in scales that range from small balcony urban gardens to the planning of a commercial, retail and hotel urban center. Main area of interest is therapeutic gardens, and was taught by Clare Cooper-Marcus, Marni Barnes and Jack Carman, just to name a few. Currently the Technical Support to the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Association of Landscape Architects, a TNOC Festival 2022 Curator, running a small private practice, and raising two boys, two dogs, three cats, and three chickens.
