Michael Yadrick

Michael Yadrick is Plant Ecologist, Green Seattle Partnership. Michael joined Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Green Seattle Partnership team in 2011. He has also served the land trust community, is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Bolivia ’02-’04) and former AmeriCorps volunteer. Michael holds a Dual Degree Master’s Program in International Affairs & Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from American University and University for Peace respectively. He recently completed a professional certificate program in Restoration of Natural Systems from University of Victoria, British Columbia. Professional tree-hugging during the week, you can also find Michael running in the local mountains and frequenting park playgrounds with his 8-yr old son.
