Natalie Pierson

Natalie, a New School graduate in Environmental Studies and Interdisciplinary Science, now serves as Lab Manager at USL. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on interdependencies between environmental conditions and public health in urban areas. She first joined USL as a research assistant, diving into the global and regional applications of urban Nature-based Solutions. In her current position, Natalie applies this holistic perspective to advance equitable urban practices, bridging scientific inquiry with on-the-ground urban climate adaptation.
